Area = √3/4 side^2
16√3 = √3/4 side^2
Side ^2 = 16/√3 x 4/√3
Side^ 2 = 64/3
side = 8/√3
Each angle is equal to 60° therefore it is a equilateral triangle
so all sides are equal
Perimeter = 3(side)
= 3(8)/√3 = 24/√3 cm
= 8√3 cm

ar=3 <raise to the power >1/2
let side be x
s=3/2x
ar=
 \sqrt{3 \div 2x \times 1x \div 2  ^{3} }

 {x}^{2}  \div 4 \sqrt{3}  =  \sqrt{3}

so x=2
perimetre=6
