Let the base of the triangle be ‘x’ feet

Therefore the height(h) =6x+1 (Given in question)

Now ,the area of triangle =1/2 * b * h

                                         = 1/2 * x * (6x+1)=13 sq. Feet (Given in question)

                                         = x(6x+1)= 26 sq.feet

                                        =6x^2 +x-26 =0

Option C is the right answer
