two equal sides of triangle = 2700/60=45

thus the two equal sides are 45

since perpendicular distance is asked the triangle is divided by a line which divides the base (60cm) that becomes 30

perpendicular distance=

h^2=b^2+p^2

45^2=30^2+p^2

p^2=45^2-30^2

=15^2

therefore the perpendicular distance between the tip of the flag to the third side is 15 cm
