Area of triangle is 1/2 base*height

As it is an equilateral triangle base=height=x

Area=1/2*x*x

50=1/2*x^2

50=x^2/2

50*2=x^2

100=x^2

x=10

area of equilateral triangle = √3/4×side²

let AB be a cm

√3/4a² = 50

a² = 50×4/√3

a = 10.75 cm
