Given :-

  • Side of ∆ = √3/4 cm
  • Type of triangle :- Equilateral

We need to find :-

  • Area of triangle = ?

Solution :-

As we know that ,

  • Area of Equilateral triangle = 3/4 × side²

By substituting the value of side in the given formula , we can have the area of triangle

⇒ Area = √3/4 × [ √3/4 ]²

⇒ Area = √3/4 × 3/16

⇒ Area = 3√3/64

Hence , area of Equilateral triangle = 33/64

Answer:

✯ Given :-

  • A equilateral triangle having side and length equal to \dfrac{√3}{4}

✯ To Find :-

  • What is the area of an equilateral triangle.

✯ Formula Used :-

\boxed{\bold{\small{❖\:Area\: of\: an\: equilateral\: triangle\: =\: \dfrac{√3}{4} ×\: (side)²}}}

✯ Solution :-

Given :-

  • Side = \dfrac{√3}{4}

According to the question by using the formula we get,

Area = \dfrac{√3}{4} × (\dfrac{√3}{4}

Area = \dfrac{√3}{4} × \dfrac{3}{16}

Area = \dfrac{3√3}{64}

\therefore The area of an equilateral triangle is \dfrac{3√3}{64}
