The area of an equilateral triangle is 2√2cm×2. find its semiperimetre

Let x be the side length of the equilateral triangle. Then, area is
 \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{4}  {x}^{2}  = 2 \sqrt{2}  \\  {x}^{2}  =  \frac{8 \sqrt{2} }{ \sqrt{3} }   \\ x = 2.55 \: cm
Semiperimeter is
 \frac{3x}{2}  =  \frac{3 \times 2.55}{2}  = 3.83 \: cm \\
