let proportionality constant of parellel sides X
so parellel sides are 4/11X and 7/11X
a/c height=2/11X
now
area of trapizium=1/2(4/11X+7/11X).2/11X
176 =X^2/11
X=11x4 =44
so, sides=16cm, 28cm
and height=8cm
now use Pythagoras theorem
diagonal=10cm
