⇒ 12 = 4h

We know that c^2 = (b/2)^2 + h^2

⇒ c^2 = (8/2)^2 + 3^2

⇒ c^2 = 4^2 + 9

⇒ c^2 = 16 + 9

⇒ c^2 = 25

⇒ c = 5 cm.

Now, Perimeter of triangle:
