Area of ∆ = \frac{b*h}{2}

300 = \frac{15b}{2}

b = \frac{300*2}{15}

   = 40 cm

By Pythagoras theorem,

h² =  15² + (\frac{40}{2})^{2}

h  = 25  

The other side is also 25.              (two sides of an isosceles ∆ is equal.)

∴ The perimeter is 25+25+40 = 90cm
