\pi {r}^{2}  = 44 {cm }^{2} \\ r =  \sqrt{14}  \\ tsa = 2\pi r(r + h) \\  100{cm}^{2}  = 2 \times \frac{22}{7}  \sqrt{14} ( \sqrt{14}  + h) \\  \\ h =  \frac{12}{ \sqrt{14} }  \\   \\  \\  csa = 2\pi \: rh \\  = 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times  \sqrt{14}  \frac{12}{ \sqrt{14} }  \\  =  \frac{628}{7}  = 89.7 {cm}^{2}
