Answer:

\rm\red{answer}

  • Area = 154 cm²

Area of circle = πr²

154 = 22/7 × r²

154 × 7/22 = r²

7 × 7 = r²

r² = 49

r = √49

r = 7

Therefore radius = 7 cm

Given:-

Area of the circle is {154}^{2} cm

To Find:-

Radius of the circle.

Solution:-

let the radius of the circle be 'r' cm.

As we know that the formula to finding the area of circle is:-

 \large \boxed{ \red{\pi {r}^{2}}}

On putting the values in the formula we get:-

Let the \pi =  \frac{22}{7}

\pi {r}^{2} = 154

 {r}^{2} = 154 \times  \frac{7}{22}

 = 49

 =  \sqrt{49}

 = 7

Hence, The radius of the circle with 154 sq cm is 7 cm.
