616 cm^2 = 22/7 × r^2

616 cm^2 × 7/22 = r^2

56 cm^2 × 7/2 = r^2

28 cm^2 × 7 = r^2

196 cm^2 = r^2

$\sqrt{196 {cm}^{2} } = radius$

14 cm = radius.

$circumference = 2\pi \: r$

C = 2 × 22/ 7 × 14 cm
= 2 × 22 × 2 cm
= 88 cm
