The circumference of circle = perimeter of square
Since areas r equal

area of circle = pie r^2
area of square= s^2

circumference of circle is 2pie r
perimeter of square is 4S
(given that area of circle and square is equal )

therefore Pie r^2 is equal to s^2
s =  \sqrt{\pi}  \:  \: r
perimeter =
4 \sqrt{\pi }  \:  \: r
