given area=πX^2+6πX+9π. Let R is radius of this circle then Area=πR^2
πX^2+6π+9π=πR^2 so here π is common and so it get cancelled and R^2=X^2+6X+9
R^2=(X+3)^2.... R=X+3

pi x^2 + 6pi x + 9 pi = pi ( x^2 + 6x + 9 )
= pi ( x + 3 )^2
=> r = ( x + 3 )
