the area of circular ring is 90 m square. if the radius of the outer circle is 7 metre, what is the radius of inner circle

Answer:

area of circular ring = 90m²

radius of outer circle= 7m

radius of inner circle=?

outer area = pie r²

=22/7×7×7

=154m²

inner area= outer area - area of ring

=154-90

=64m²

64=pie r²

64=22/7 ×r²

r²= 64×7/22

r² = 448/22

r²= 20.36

r= root 20.36

r= 4.51m (aNs)
