27km/hr=2700000cm/3600sec=750cm/sec=45000cm/min
So, h=45000cm
Cross sectional area=5.4 sq. cm=pi r sq.
Vol. of water flowing in 1 min=vol. cylinder
= pi r sq. h
=5.4X45000
=243000 cm cube
Now,
1000 cm cube= 1 L
So,
Vol. of water=243000/1000 L
=243 litres of water flows out of the pipe in one minute

Hopefully this'll help you out!!
