$⟹2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times h \times 17.5 = 4400$

$⟹\frac{44}{7} \times h \times 17.5 = 4400$

$⟹h = \frac{4400}{40} \times 2.5$

so, h=40cm

Volume = πr²h

$\frac{22}{7} \times 17.5 \times 17.5 \times 40$

$= 38500 {cm}^{2}$
