the area of four walls of a room is 120m*m. if the length of room is twice its breadth and the height is 4m . find the area of floor

Let the breadth be x m
Length will be 2x m

2H (L +B) = 120 m²
⇒2×4 (2x +x) =120
⇒3x = 120/8 =15
⇒x =5
Breadth = 5m
Length = 5×2 = 10m
so, Area of the floor = L×B
                                 = 10×5
                                 = 50 m²
