The area of four walls of a room is 315 meters square. The ratio of length to breadth is 4:3 and the height is 4.5 meters. Find the area of the floor.

Now area of the 4 walls of a room is

=> 2(4x+3x)*4.5= 315

=> 2(7x)=315/4.5=70

=> 14x=70

=> X= 5

So now the length is 4*5=20m

And the bredth is 3*5=15m

So the area of floor is l*b= 20*15sq.m

=300sq.m
