The area of four walls of a room is 660 m² and the length is twice its width. If height of the room is 11 m, then area of its ceiling is?​

Answer:

If the breadth is x, length is 2x

∴ 2×11×(x+2x)=660

or 3x=660÷22=30

or x=10

Hence area of the ceiling

=2x×x=2x

=2×102=200m
