let the breadth be x
length=2x

lateral surface area of a cuboid=2(l+b)h
660=2(2x+x)11
660=4x+2x*11
660/11=6x
60=6x
60/6=x
10=x

b=10cm
l=2*10
 =20cm

you have to take the lateral surface area which is 2h(l+b) and 2*11(2b+b)=660 ,22(3b)=660,b=10 and l=2b,l=2*10=20cm
