let breadth of room be y and length be 3y

LSA of cuboid= 2(lh+bh)

960 = 2(3y×8+y×8)

960 = 2(24y+8y)

960 = 2(32y)

960 = 64y

960/64 = y

15 = y

h = 8m

b= 15m

l=3y

l=3×15

l= 45m

area of floor= l×b

=45×15

=675 m²
