we must use lsa formula of cuboid

2h(l+b)

we have

l=3bm

b=bm

h=3m

2h(l+b)=144

2×3(3b+b)=144

6(4b)=144

4b=24

b=6m

3b=l=3×6=18m

area of the floor=18×6=108m²
