Answer:

\large\bold\red{15\:cm}

Step-by-step explanation:

Given,

A rectangle having dimension,

length, l = 20 cm

breadth, b = 12 cm

Therefore,

Area of recatangle, A = l × b

=> A = 20 × 12

=> A = 240 \:{cm}^{2}

Also,

A parallelogram has it's base ,B = 16 cm

Now,

Let, the corresponding height be 'H'

Now,

we know that,

Area of paralleolgram, A' = B × H

=> A' = 16H

But,

it's being given that,

Area of Recatangle = Area of paralleolgram

=> A = A'

=> 240 = 16H

=> H = 240/16

=> H = 15 cm

Hence,

Height of the paralleolgram is 15 cm
