Let the length of the rectangular field be x and breadth to be y. Then according to question,
x=2y....................(1)
and. (x)×(y)=2450m sq.
From 1 we have,
(2y)(y)=2450
2y^2=2450
y^2=1225
y=35
Therefore the length of rectangular field is 70m and breadth is 35m.
Also the perimeter is 210m.
