(L-2) (B+2) = L B - 18 => L - B = - 7 --- eq 1
(L+10)(B-5) = L B + 50 => - L + 2 B = 20 === eq 2
add equations 1 and 2 to get B = 13
multiply eq 1 by 2 and add to eq 1 to get L = 6
