Let the length be x and breadth be y and xy is area

( x - 5 ) ( y + 2 ) = ( xy - 80 )

Solving this we get

xy + 2x - 5y - 10 = xy - 80

cancel xy from both sides

we get 2x - 5y = 90

also we have

( x + 10 ) ( y - 5 ) = ( xy + 50)

Solving this we get

xy - 5x + 10y - 50 = xy + 50

cancel xy both sides we get

- 5x + 10y = 100
