the area of rectangle increases by 76 sq. units, if the length and breadth is increased by 2 units however, if the length is increased by 3 units and breadth is decreased by 3 units then area of rectangle reduced by 21 sq. units find the breadth of the rectangle​

alight so here's wat my brain tells me to do here

(l+2)(b+2)= lb + 76

lb + 2l + 2b + 4 = lb + 76

thus we take out lb and decide the whole thing by 2 to get this amazing equation

l + b = 36

similarly (l+3)(b-3)= lb -21

lb +3(b-l) -9 = lb -21

we do cutting n dividing

l-b= 4

add both the equations

l=20 and b=16
