L×B=Area

4/9×B=10(2/3)

B=10(2/3) ÷4/9

B=32/3×9/4

B=24

The correct answer is 24 cm.

Given: Area of rectangle = 10\frac{2}{3} Sq.cm

Length = \frac{4}{9} cm.

To Find: Width of rectangle.

Solution:

Area of rectangle = 10\frac{2}{3} Sq.cm = \frac{32}{3} sq.cm

Area = l*b

\frac{32}{3}=\frac{4}{9}*b

b = 24 cm

Hence, the width of rectangle is 24 cm.
