perimeter \:  \: 2(x + width) = 104 \\ width = 52 - x \\ area \:  \: x \times (52 - x) = 640 \\  {x}^{2}  - 52x + 640 = 0 \\ (x - 32)(x - 20) = 0 \\ x = 32 \:  \: or \:  \: 20 \\ since \:  \: length \:  \: is \:  \: larger \\ length = 32 \\ width = 52 - 32 = 20
