Length = L = x-2

Breadth = B = ?

A = x^2 + 5x + 6

A= L * B = x^2 + 5x + 6

 B = \frac{x^2 + 5x + 6}{L}

 B = \frac{x^2 + 5x + 6}{x-2}

 B = \frac{x^2 + 3x+2x + 6}{x-2}

 B = \frac{x(x+3)+2(x + 3}{x-2}

 B = \frac{(x+2)(x + 3)}{x-2}

 B = \frac{(x+2)(x + 3)}{x-2}
