$B = \frac{x^2 + 5x + 6}{x-2}$

$B = \frac{x^2 + 3x+2x + 6}{x-2}$

$B = \frac{x(x+3)+2(x + 3}{x-2}$

$B = \frac{(x+2)(x + 3)}{x-2}$

$B = \frac{(x+2)(x + 3)}{x-2}$
