here is ur answer..
let the breadth = x
length = 2x
area = 2450m²
area of rectangle = l × b
x × 2x = 2450
2x² = 2450
x² = 2450 / 2
x² = 1225
x = √1225
x = 35
breadth = 35m
length = 2 × 35 = 70m
perimeter = 2 ( l + b )
2 ( 70 + 35 )
2 ( 105 )
210m²
