The area of rectangular garden of length 40m is 1000sq. Find the breadth of the garden and its perimeter. The garden is to be enclosed by 3 rounds of fencing , leaving an entrance of 40 m. Find the cost of fencing the garden at rate of 25p rupees per meter.

1000=2×40×b

1000=80×b

b=1000÷80

b=12.5

perimeter of rectangle =2l×2b

=2×80+2×12.5

=185
