Area of the given plot = 2400 m²

Let the breadth be 'x' m.
∴ Length = 3/2 * x =  \frac{3x}{2}

Now,
Area of the rectangular plot = length * breadth

2400 = x *  \frac{3x}{2}
2400 =  \frac{3 x^{2} }{2}
 x^{2} =  \frac{2400}{3}*2
 x^{2} = 1600
x = √1600
x = 40 m.

Breadth = 40 m
Length = 3x/2 = 3*40 / 2 = 60 m

Perimeter of the rectangular plot = 2 ( length + breadth )
= 2 ( 40 + 60 )
= 2 ( 100 )
= 2 * 100
= 200 m

∴ The perimeter of the given rectangular plot is 200 m.
