ATQ,
L = 2B+1..............(1)
(2B+1)B = 528
=>2B^2+B-528 = 0
=>2B^2-32B+33B-528 = 0
=>2B(B-16)+33(B-16) = 0
=>(2B+33)(B-16) = 0
We get two values of B - -33/2,16
Let's consider 16 as the value of B
Then,
Putting the value of B in equation (1)
L = 2x16+1
=>L = 32+1
=>L = 33
So length = 33m
And breadth = 16m
