let x be the breadt of rectanle

length=2x+1

area of rectangle=528m2

but ar of rectangle=l*b=528

[2x+1]*x=528

2x2+x-528=0

now by middle term spliting method

2x2-32x+33x-528=0

2x[x-16]+33[x-16]=0

[2x+33]     [x-16]=0

either  2x+33=0              x-16=0

x=-33/2                or      x=16m

therefore breadth=16m

length=2x+1

l=2*16+1

l=33m
