let its breadth =x mtr
its length =3/2*x mtr
hence area = 3/2*x^2 square mtr
3/2*x^2=2400
or x^2 =2400*2/3=1600
x= +40 (since side can not be negative )
so breadth =40 mtr
length = 3/2*40= 60 mtr
its length =3/2*x mtr
hence area = 3/2*x^2 square mtr
