Let the actual length be l and breadth be b
Let the actual area be a
Thus Actual area
                       a= l*b

when length is decreased by 2 units and breadth is increased by 2 units the area is decreased by 6 units
Thus
let  this length be L and Breadth be B
Thus according to question

L = l-2   and  B = b+2    and   A = a - 6
Area    A = L*B
           A = (l-2)(b+2)
           a-6 = lb +2l - 2b -4                                                          Eqn 1

Similarly when length is increased by 3 units and breadth is increased by 2 units

Let Length be L' and Breadth be B'
area   A' = a+79
 Area              A' = L' * B'
                     a+79 = (l+3)(b+2)
                      a+79 = lb + 2l +3b + 6                                              Eqn2

Solving Eqn1 and Eqn2

                  We get the value of  l =14 units
                                            and b = 15 units
Thus the dimensions of rectangular plot is 14 and 15 units

the area of rectangular equal to X into Y so the length is equals to X and the breadth is equals two Y then x y - 6 = 2 X + X - 2 and X + 2 according to the question if we increase the length by 3 m and breadth by 2 unit then X + 3 and X + 2 equals to X Y + 79 then its equation and then you get the length 14 and breadth 15
