Let length, breadth and area be l, b and a respectively.
We have 3 equations
l*b=a
(l+5)(b-4)=a-160
(l-10)(b+2)=a-100
On solving, we get,

lb-4l+5b-20=a-160
a-4l+5b-20=a-160
Therefore 5b-4l=-140

lb-10b+2l-20=a-100
a+2l-10b=a-80
2l-10b=-80

Therefore, we get, l=60, b=20, and a = 1200.
