the area of rhombus is 10cm2. if one of its diagonal is 4cm, then find the other diagonal.

see the formula of area of rombus is 1/2*b*H
so we can put
10=1/2*4*x
10/2=x
×=5
the length of another diagonal is 5 cm

Given :-
Area of rhombus = 10 cm².
Length of one diagonal = 4cm.

Let the length of other diagonal be l.

we know that area of rhombus = 1/2 ×D1 × D2.

So,

10 = 1/2 × 4 × l.
20 = 4L
l = 5.

Hence, the length of other diagonal is 5 cm.
