Area Of Rhombus - 1 / 2 × d1 × d2
Solution :
⟼ 1/ 2 × d1 × d2 = 120
⟼ 1/ 2 × 8 × d2 = 120
⟼ 4 × d2 = 120
⟼ 4d2 = 120
⟼ d2 = 120 / 4
⟼ d2 = 30
∴ The other Diagonal = 30 cm.
Let's Check :
⟼ 1 / 2 × d1 × d2 = 120
⟼ 1 / 2 × 8 × 30 = 120
⟼ 1 / 2 × 240 = 120
⟼ 120 = 120
LHS = RHS
∴ Diagonal = 30 cm
