Given:–

Area of rhombus is 120 cm²

One diagonal of rhombus is 8 cm

To Find:–

What is the length of the other diagonal of rhombus ?

Solution:–

Let the length of other diagonal of rhombus be 'x' cm

We know that the formula for finding the area of rhombus isis

area =  \frac{1}{2}  \times d _{1} \times d _{2}

On putting the values in the formula, we get

120=1/2×8×x

120/4=x

Hence, the length of the other diagonal is 30 cm
