Given :

⬤ Area of Rhombus is 160 cm² .

⬤ One of its Diagonal is 20 cm.

To Find :

⬤ Length of Other Diagonal of Rhombus .

Formula Used :

\bf[\:{Area \: of \: Rhombus = \dfrac{1}{2} \times{d}_{1}\times{d}_{2}}\:]

Solution :

Let :

  • Length of Other Diagonal of Rhombus be x .

According to the Formula :-

160 = 1/2 × d₁ × d₂

160 = 1/2 × 20 × x

160 × 2 = 20 × x

320 = 20x

320/20 = x

16 = x

Therefore , The Length of Other Diagonal of Rhombus (x) is 16 cm .

Check :

160 = 1/2 × 20 × 16

160 = 20 × 8

160 = 160

Hence Checked
