The area of rhombus is 21cm2 .One of its diagonals measure 6cm .What is the length of the other diagonal?

  • area of rhombus = 1/2 ( product of dioganal)

▪︎Given-

  • area of rhombus =21 cm²
  • length of one dioganal of rhombus = 6cm

▪︎ To find⤵️

  • length of other dioganal

▪︎solution⤵️

➡️ let length of one dioganal be xm

= 1/2 × 6 × x = 21-------( according to question)

= 3x = 21

x= 7

hence, length of other dioganal be 7m
