Solution:

Given:

  • Area of rhombus = 54.12 cm²
  • Perimeter of rhombus = 32.8 cm

To find:

  • Altitude of Rhombus.

Now, perimeter is given. So form perimeter we will find side of rhombus,

⇒ Perimeter of rhombus = 4 × side

⇒ 32.8 = 4 × side

⇒ 32.8/4 = side

⇒ side = 8.2 cm

Now, we will calculate altitude,

⇒ Area of rhombus = Base × Altitude

⇒ 54.12 = 8.2 × Altitude

⇒ Altitude = 54.12/8.2

⇒ Altitude = 6.6 cm.

Hence, Altitude of rhombus = 6.6 cm.
