The area of rhombus is 84m^2if its perimerer is 40m then find its altitude

given the perimeter of the rhombus = 40m

therefore side × 4 = 40m (we know that all sides of Rhombus is equal)

→ side = 40/4

→ side = 10m

the length of the side of the Rhombus is 10m.

now, area of the rhombus is 84m²

base × altitude = area of the Rhombus

here base is the side of the Rhombus.

→ 10 × h = 84m²

→ h = 84/10

→ h = 8.4m

hence, the altitude of the Rhombus is 8.4m
