Question;-

The area of rhombus is 96 m². it's one of its diagonal is 16 metre.find the length of the Other diagonals.

Answer:-

  • The length of another diagonal is 12m.

Given:-

  • Area = 96m²
  • one diagonal = 16m

To find:-

  • Another diagonal

Solution:-

 \boxed { \large{area \:  =  \frac{1}{2} \times d1 \times d2}}

 \implies \: 96 \:  =  \frac{1}{2}  \times 16 \times x \\  \\ \implies \: \frac{96 \times 2}{16}  = x \\  \\ \implies \:x = 12m

Hence,

The length of another diagonal is 12m.

Answer:

area of rhombus = 1/2 ×d1×d2

therefore,

area of rhombus is 96 sq m

it's one of its diagonal is 16 metre

the length of other diagonal = ?

area of. rhombus =1/2 ×d1 ×d2

96 sq m = 1/2 × 16m × d2

= 8 × d2

96/8 = d2

12 = d2

d2 = 12
