Formulas required for the question.......

☆ Area of Rhombus-:

" A = 1/2 x d1 x d2"

Here

A = Area

d1 = Diagonal 1

d2 = Diagonal 2

Explanation-:

Given ,

》 Area of Rhombus-: 960 cm²

》Length of Diagonal 1 of Rhombus-: 32 cm .

To find ,

》Length of other Diagonal of Rhombus

______________________________

Solution,

☆ Area of Rhombus-:

" A = 1/2 x d1 x d2"

Here

》A = Area = 960 cm²

》d1 = Diagonal 1 = 32 cm

》d2 = Diagonal 2 = ??

Then ,

》 ½ x 32 x d2 = 960 cm²

》16 x d2 = 960 cm²

》 d2 = 960 / 2

》 d2 = 60

Therefore,

☆ Length of Diagonal 2 of Rhombus is 60 cm.

Verification-:

☆ Area of Rhombus-:

" A = 1/2 x d1 x d2"

Here

》A = Area = 960 cm²

》d1 = Diagonal 1 = 32 cm

》d2 = Diagonal 2 = 60 cm

Then ,

》½ x 32 x 60 = 960 cm²

》 16 x 60 = 960 cm²

》 960 cm² = 960 cm²

Therefore ,

☆ LHS = RHS

Hence verified
