The area of square A is 25 cm. The perimeter of square B is 12 cm. What is the area and perimeter of square ?

side of A=√25=5

side of B=12/4=3

side of C=5+3=8

perimeter=8×4=32

area=8²=64

area of square A=25cm

side × side =25cm

side =√25

side=5,-5

side can never be negative

side =5cm

perimeter of square B=12cm

4× side =12cm

side = 12/4

side=3cm

Side of square C= side of A + side of B

=5+3

=8cm

Area of square C= side × side

=8×8

=64sq.cm

Perimeter of square C = 4 × side

=4 × 8

=32cm
