side of a square=40cm
breadth=25cm
area of square=area of rectangle
s×s=l×b
40×40=l×25
1600=l×25
l=1600/25
l=64cm
length of rectangle=64cm
breadth =25cm
Perimeter=2(l+b)
=2(64+25)
=2(89)
Perimeterof rectangle=178cm
Therefore,
length of a rectangle is 64cm&
its perimeter is 178cm
